401K POLICY Quick Guide
- Following 6 months after hire date [Effective first paycheck of the month] (Must be 21 years or older to qualify)
- At that time, 3% of your weekly compensation will be automatically contributed towards your 401K. (Unless you opt out prior to the opt out deadline date)
- NEF matches up to 2% of your weekly contribution (no contribution will be made for those who opt out)
- You can change your contribution rate and/or investment options at any time

- You can also find 401K information in the magazine rack in the lunch room.
